Super Trains Fulfillment Has Begun!

The pallets are unloaded, the cartons are unpacked and fulfillment for Super Trains has begun! We expect to ship out all pledges within 4 weeks.

The Super Trains have set sail!

Greetings Citizens of Gearland, 

I am thrilled to announce that after a very long journey Super Trains is on its way to America! The ship set sail on Friday, June 27th with everything we need to fulfill all of our wonderful backers' orders. Right now the shipment has an estimated arrival date of July 26th to the Port of Houston. 

This means that Super Trains fulfillment to all backers will begin the week of August 4th. 

Super Trains at Gen Con 

The reason for the slight delay in fulfillment is because the Treasure Falls Games team is leaving for Gen Con 2025 in Indianapolis on Monday, July 28th and returning on Monday, August 4th. 

However, we will have Super Trains on display at our booth! So, if you are in attendance and would like to stop by and check it out please visit us at booth 1906 in the Family Fun Pavilion! 

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your extreme patience as we have created our superhero train game for the little conductors in your life. We are very happy with the final result and we can't wait for you to get it to the table very soon.

Production Has Begun + An Unboxing Video!

Greetings Citizens of Gearland, 

I am thrilled to report that there have been no delays in our journey since the last update. In fact, we received the final Mass Production Sample copy for Super Trains: Deluxe Edition this week and it was approved! 

This means that production has officially started on Super Trains. Here is the timeline that was communicated to me yesterday by our manufacturer:

• March 6th: Production Begins
• April 15th: Final Production Sample Submitted (this is when the manufacturer sends me one of the produced units for a final check)
• May 1st: Production Ready for Shipment.

Overdue Update: We are nearing the destination!

Hello Citizens of Gearland City, 

I know this update is way, way, way overdue. There is nothing worse than your train being late and having no idea when it will arrive. However, rest assured that after a delay this project is still thundering down the tracks. 

PRODUCTION UPDATE: Super Trains is 100% finished!

All of the files have been sent to the manufacturer and earlier this week we received the digitally printed production sample copy for review...and it looks amazing! I will share some images below, but the only issues we identified were a typo in the rules that has already been fixed and the decision to increase the quality of the add-on neoprene game board and train mats. 

Unfortunately, out manufacturer is about to be on a three week break for the Chinese New Year holiday. However, once they return they will be able to begin production immediately after we confirm the custom plastic insert designs (including the four special storage trays for the gears and gear generator tokens).

We love how the miniatures look! They have a real bulkiness to them and are way more detail than the 3D printed versions we used for our prototypes and promotional photos. Please note that the final miniatures will be different colors (red, green, blue, yellow, purple and orange).

Reason for the delay:

I know that in my last update in October 2024 I stated that all of the files (other than the rules) had been submitted to the manufacturer and we were close to starting production...and that was 100% true. 

However, during the process of preparing for production it became evident to us that it would be wise to explore other manufacturing partners. So, during the month of December we pivoted to a new manufacturer that we are extremely happy with and we are confident you will be as well once Super Trains hits your table. But this change did cause delays since we had to go through the file preparation, submittal and review process again.

Updated Timeline:

Production begins: March 2025 

Freight Shipping to USA: April 2025

Fulfillment to Backers: May/June 2025

Greetings Citizens of Gearland, 

Help us review our rules

We have completed the Super Trains rulebook! This was a huge project and we are happy with where it is right now, however we'd love to get your feedback. You can review the rules by CLICKING HERE. 

To make things a bit easier we have created a quick four question feedback form that we are asking interested parties to complete after reviewing the rules. Not only does this form help us streamline the process of finding weaknesses in our rules and clearing up confusing bits, but we are going to giveaway a copy of Super Trains to one lucky participant later next month!

I realize that you fine backers already have a copy of Super Trains headed your way, but if you do win the prize I am sure you can find another little gamer who would enjoy a super hero train game. 

I want to thank you in advance for taking the time to review the rulebook with a critical eye. We can still easily tweak the rules right now without delaying the production. I obviously want the rulebook to be as simple to understand as possible for all future players of Super Trains.

Production Update

All the file designs are 100% finished and ready to go (other than the rules which are very close and are printed towards the end of the manufacturing process).

The final element was the back-of-the-box design which you can see above. I really like how it turned out, especially all of the robot citizens of Gearland city on the inner box sides. With all of the files finished manufacturing can begin very soon! 

However, I am sorry to say that realistically we are looking at an early-2025 fulfillment. We did our best to fulfill before the Holidays, but the 32 page (!) rule book took longer to design and optimize than we had originally thought.
